It considers digital reach, cultural presence, and recognition across regions. The BTS maknae placed ninth overall, making him the only Asian on the list.

The lineup includes figures like Michael Jackson, Princess Diana, Barack Obama, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Beyoncé, Robert Downey Jr., Marilyn Monroe, Jeff Bezos, and Justin Bieber. Jungkook is the youngest on the list. Admirers are responding to the milestone, with one X user commenting,

BTS Jungkook’s SEVEN extends historic global Billboard chart run

Jeon Jungkook continues to display his global reach through steady chart rendition. According to Billboard data, his solo debut track SEVEN landed at number 148 on the Global 200 chart dated February 7. The ranking reflects streaming and digital sales counted across more than 200 countries. Released in 2023, the song continues to post rare longevity. It became the first and longest charting release by an Asian group or solo act on the Global 200.

The run now stands at 131 weeks. That span confirms lasting global demand. During the same update, SEVEN placed at number 86 on the Global chart excluding the U.S. With that entry, JK extended another record. The track marked 133 straight weeks on the chart. No Asian solo artist has reached that length before. SEVEN climbed to number 66 on Billboard Korea’s Hot 100. Meanwhile, the track ranked tenth on the Global K Songs list.

As for BTS, the septet is set to return this year with a full album titled ARIRANG. The record is scheduled for release on March 20. A live comeback concert will stream on Netflix from Seoul the next day. It will then be followed by a reunion documentary, BTS: The Return, premiering March 27. A global stadium tour with 79 shows across five continents begins in April 2026.
