“Closest they will get to the trophy,” one fan said.

“Do they know that winning it on PlayStation does not really get you that trophy?” one fan wrote.

“They must be talking bout on franchise mode in Madden,” another fan said.

“Dang, they’re never touching it,” a fan commented.

“In 5 years, when they’re both on separate teams. No way in hell the Giants make the SB anytime soon,” one fan tweeted.

“There is no chance this will happen. Are Giants fans this naive?” another fan wrote.

The Giants (4-13) had a disappointing 2025 season, finishing with the second-worst record in the NFC. However, their fans have renewed hope as the team brought in 2013 Super Bowl-winning coach John Harbaugh to lead its charge.

The promising performances of Dart and Skattebo added to the fans’ excitement despite New York recording three consecutive losing seasons.

Jaxson Dart excited by the prospect of working with John Harbaugh

Jaxson Dart has forged a strong connection with New York Giants coach John Harbaugh. The rookie quarterback revealed on Friday that he communicates with Harbaugh daily.

“I talk to coach every single day,” Dart said on Friday, via the New York Post’s Ryan Dunleavy. “I mean on the phone, texts, we talk every single day. And that’s just the relationship you gotta have with a quarterback head coach standpoint and I couldn’t be more excited to get an opportunity to play for him.”

The Giants turned to Harbaugh as they believe his experience and history of success could breathe new life into the team’s culture.

At the center of New York’s rebuild is Dart, who displayed glimpses of his potential amid a tough season. He threw for 2,272 yards, 15 touchdowns and five interceptions in 14 games.
