There are several free ways to get Diamonds:
- Survival challenge: You are given two Diamonds for surviving till Day 50 and three Diamonds for passing 99 Days. The rewards are doubled in hard mode.
- Daily Quests: The Daily Quests board refreshes every 24 hours. Higher difficulty quests give you more Diamonds.
- Clear Cultist Stronghold: Raiding the Cultist Stronghold is the best way to get Diamonds. At the end of each successful raid, you get a chest containing five Diamonds.
- Update Party: An Update Party happens 30 minutes before an update goes live. From this event, which happens on special servers, you can get up to 10 or more Diamonds.
- Treasure chests: Diamonds are obtainable from most chests during a playthrough.
- Redemption codes: Utilize the active codes for 99 Nights in the Forest to get a few Diamonds in your account.
- Badges: Finish the requirements for every badge to get Diamonds.

Perks and level-up requirements of the Gunslinger Class
In 99 Nights in the Forest, equipping the Gunslinger Class makes you spawn with a Trusty Revolver and 60 Revolver Ammo. The Trusty Revolver is a slightly better version of the Revolver. Not only does it deal a bit more damage, but it can also receive an upgrade when the Class is upgraded to level three.
