The first time you encounter Lugblobs in High on Life 2 is during the first mission, where you must save Lizzie from bounty hunters. During this mission, you get trapped in a Lugblob enclosure in the Circuit Arcadia Zoo.
To use a Lugblob, all you need to do is either place it on a power panel to open doors or shoot it with Sweezy’s Time Bubble. Doing the latter will increase the blob’s mass, effectively turning it into your personal trampoline.
However, once used, you will need to reset it if you’re looking to move it from one place to another. In this case, to reset a Lugblob in High on Life 2, all you need to do is pick it up and place it back down again. Doing so will deflate the creature so you can use it again in a different place.
