Seth Rollins breaks the internet, spotted with top AEW champion amid WWE hiatus

WWE Superstar Seth Rollins was recently seen with a top AEW star. The Visionary has been absent from television programming since last year’s Crown Jewel in October. He was rumoured to be part of the Royal Rumble this year, but it seems like he is still recovering. However, he hinted at being at this year’s WrestleMania. During his absence, he has made many public appearances and attended several events. At one of those, he met The Devil.

MJF is the current AEW World Champion and has many interested parties painting a target on his back in recent weeks. Despite being one of the major faces of the Jacksonville-based promotion, he never shies away from praising WWE and its stars. His interaction with the former World Heavyweight Champion has been going viral on social media. The two collided at the Super Bowl XL’s media event.

Justin LaCertosa captured their meetup. The former WWE Heavyweight Champion and reigning AEW World Champion discussed posing for a photo together. After posing, Seth Rollins said, “Somebody’s gonna get mad,” before parting ways.

AEW star MJF praises Seth Rollins

Fans always compare MJF and Seth Rollins as they are at the top of their game in their respective promotions.

While speaking on Busted Open Radio, MJF deemed The Architect a ‘freak of nature’. The Devil also stated that Rollins’ name will go down as one of the best of all time in the Stamford-based promotion.

“Seth Rollins is a freak of nature. He’s going to go down as one of the greatest faces in the history of that company. The same way I’m going to go down as one of the biggest faces in the history of my company. When you think of these promotions, when you think of WWE, you think Seth. When you think of AEW, you think me. I find him to be extraordinarily talented. I feel horrible about his knee. It sucks,” MJF said.

It will be interesting to see when The Visionary returns to the squared circle, as he has been out for over three months.
