New location
At the shores of Moosewood Village, you’ll be able to access the Valentine’s Event hub, which possesses the portal towards a new location called the Sweetheart Shores. Here you can access all the new features along with several quest NPCs to earn the new limited-time currency called Chocolates.

Valentides Leaderboards
At the Sweetheart Shores, you’ll find three leaderboards that will rank you according to the Chocolates earned, Duo Quests completed, or Valentides fish caught. At the end of the Valentine’s Event, top rankers will get rewarded with some silly but unique cosmetics.
Valentides Bestiary
At the Sweetheart Shores, you can cast a line to catch 25 limited-time aquatics and complete your Valentides 2 Bestiary. Using the fish that you’ve caught, you can complete all the NPC quests and obtain Chocolates.
Lovestorms
Lovestorms have made a return to the game. You can access them across the ocean to catch Lovestorm Turtles and all of their variants. Catching these will help you complete some quests at the Sweetheart Shores.
Cupid’s Promise
Near your spawn location, you’ll find the Cupic Carl NPC, who will make a promise with you to deliver a surprise if you return with a duo on Valentine’s Day.
Wishing Well
If you move towards the northwest direction from your spawn location, you’ll find the Wishing Well placed nearby the pink- and white-themed house. Here, you can interact to Make a Wish everyday and claim either a permanent gear or a limited-time stat buff.
Chocolate Currency
During the Valentine’s Event, you can collect a limited-time currency called Chocolate by completing the quests given by several NPCs. Using them, you can purchase several items and gear that’ll enhance your gameplay experience.
New Rods and Other Secrets
You can obtain several limited-time rods like the Rose Rod by spending the event currency. You can also access a secret location called Behind Waterfall by entering the waterfall that’s available at the Sweetheart Shores. Here, you can catch all the other fish to complete your Valentides 2 Bestiary.
